Good morning Gris, Happy April fools!
Wish I was home, it's nice outside and I can get some stuff done. Did get some more sleep last night, at least I felt like it. My tracker don't show a good report, shows I was up a whole hour in middle of night but I sure don't remember it. I wonder sometimes if it tracks slight movement with dreaming or something as being awake. I got up to use the restroom and take a tylenol but that's all I recall other than the usual turning over for comfort here and there. I feel better today so that's what matters.
Glad to hear Sue's stuff was caught early and manageable. I always advise to quit smoking no matter what, but we all like our vices.

VB what you need is some Creatine.. 5g per day... and some amino acids the building blocks of all good health... go to
Body Health on da web and check it out... I swear by it...

I wake up during the night from pains from my hip (torn muscles, tendinopathy, etc that nobody's bothered to fix), plus my right side of nose will slam shut sometimes, also needs fixed. In addition, with my ADHD, my mind literally doesn't shut off at night. If I wake up for something, it's live action. I take Lunesta but that don't quiet the mind. that's part of the no energy. Menopause is more of it, and am working on getting retested for hrt which should help. My Vyvanse (for ADHD) helps some, along with coffee - which reminds me, I need to make me some.

yeah I gave up smoking da cigarettes when I gave up drinking.... that was a long time ago.... I occasionally have a beer or a shot of old whiskey but even that has faded out lately .... I hope Sue can put them away.... I kept after my cousin about quitting and he tried but never did.... lifetime Camel Cig fan.....

cloudy and cool... supposed to rain but I am doubting it... we are in a drought area that may rival the late 80's early 90's around here....

I love it when Gris talks old school.... real old school...

be old school Guru's
