I posted this thought on the "other" forum and got mostly affirmative results. I have an lt4, stock. I have read about putting 1.7 rollers to add lift. From everything I have found, this should be a pretty simple deal. I know I will need new studs and guide plates. As I understand, my stock springs, pushrods and lifters should be okay to handle it. What I do not know is where to find them. The only thing I can find are for lsx's or big blocks. Will lsx rollers work on an lt4?

I thought the brand was Scorpion.
IIRC he tried to go even further and found a set of 1.8's and did not have any gain over the 1.7 Where are Nathan and Glock? |

yes, Scorpion.
I remember the 1.8 experiment... it actually lost some performance, IIRC. I can drop him an email... if is address isn't the school one he was using. Nathan has found himself a sweet looking young lady... so he vanished. |
