Cruise control on 86. Have good vacuum but am not getting any voltage at the connector. Checked fuse its good, anyone have a wiring diagram for the cruise control?

From reading at different sites, that is part of the instrument cluster. Some are others aren't equipped for cruise control. You might want to check that first?

Axel is correct.

The info below is for my 89, but they should be substantially similar.

Per FSM: "The control module is built into the instrument cluster. If the control module is at fault, the instrument panel must be removed."

There are about 6 pages of wiring diagram and diagnosis for the cruise control, which I can take a picture of later if you need. Have you ordered your FSM yet? www.helms.com or ebay. You absolutely cannot do serious work on these cars without one.

You said you checked the fuse? Per FSM there are three to check: CRUISE, LCD, and CLSTR. Check each with a tester, not just visually. And where are you checking for vacuum?

I doubt the IP control module is bad, but it could be.
