I'm thinking that some of these minor issues w/my '95 are (hopefully) fuse related. I have the chart in the owner's manual which gives me the appropriate diagrams, but what I haven't seen is, and I know this is probably a most newbie-like question, but how do I know what strength/power/volt/amp, etc.. of fuse to use for each of the required applications? I'm hoping this will help w/some of those "little" problems.

Look inside the fuse cover. Everything you should need to know is right there.

Ah, yes....I looked at the charts in the manual, but never actually looked inside the fuse box itself....I told you it was a newbie-like question!!!

No problem, owning a C4 leads to continuing education. I learn something new about my 95 almost every day.

If you think one C4 is a learning curve, try 2...

There is also a fuse panel in the engine compartment behind the battery.
