Selling my B&M - it was just too much effort for me to get into 3rd gear at the track and I was losing about a second of acceleration with the effort. I have a blueprinted transmission and 3rd has always been a bit notchy.
Anyhow - the shifter is wonderful for street use and is probably OK for 3rd on a stock tranny. I have installed a ZFDOC shifter, feels very nice and smooth. It's on ebay, starting bid $80.
