I modified it in photobucket but it can also be done in HP Image Zone or other photo print programs. Then save it to file and upload it here on your avatar select option.

My computer opens my pictures with Windows Picture and Fax viewer when I double click on the icon for the picture. At the bottom toward the right there is a button that, when you scroll over it, says "Closes this program and opens the image for editing". Click on that button. The picture will open in another program. Click on the image tab, then on stretch/skew in the drop down window that pops open. Under stretch, lower both percentages the same, then click OK. The picture will resize automatically. Click on image again, then click on attributes on the drop down window that pops open. This will show you the pixels. Don't change them here or it will crop your image. If it is still too big then go back to the stretch/skew and lower the percentage again. Every time you go back to stretch/skew it will show 100%, as it has changed the image and you are now at 100% of the new image size. Hope this helps. It sounds complicated but you will see it is a VERY quick and very simple way of downsizing pictures and keeping them proportional and not cropping them.
