now i have a shake in the rear end, driving down the road, i think the frame might be bent as well, he hit me so hard that his front bumper came off, he had to wire it up to make his vehicle drivable

i was going through an intesection, he had the stop sign, couldn't wait. looks like he bent my frame, which means the truck is totaled, it's a 2000,i keep it in real nice shape, especially for a northen truck.
i had a new fender put on that side 2 months ago

I doubt the frame is bent.

Don't let damage appearances cause you to think it's worse. More than likely, the wheel got wacked... the shimmy could be a damaged wheel/tire.

I would check the rear axle out, to be sure there wasn't any bearing damage.

even if the framw is bent, it won't cause a "shimmy." It would make it drive queer, but not shimmy.
