Hi all. Are there any specific rules on C4Guru for trying to get a group purchase together? i.e. if XYZ vendor was willing to give a discount for a purchase of X amount of his product. Could any mod or admin respond as to whether or not this is allowed? (I'm not selling anything)
Thanks!

the best part about this place, we don't have any rules.

the only requirement, as I see it, is that we are honest and the supplier is honest. I would not want to hunt you, or the vendor, down... it would not be pretty.

Hahaha! Thanks for the reply Bogus. I noticed the lack of constraints but I wanted to make sure before posting

Well, the supplier is Iggee seat covers. I contacted them about a month ago regarding a group discount/purchase and they'd give 20% off with 10 or more people ordering (directly thru them). If it doesn't sound like a problem, I'd like to post a thread gauging interest and the details. Maybe it could be a C4Guru exclusive.

I've got good rapport with some folks who make some neat things for C4s. Perhaps in the coming months I'll see if I can put something together for the benefit of this forum and it's members.

LT headers for one thing. That's nearly a given.

C4boy,

If your aware of the RWB GP I'm running here, Andy and this forum have been great to work with.

My suggestion is to spell out the GP "rules" at the start to avoid conflicts.

Since most of the members here are veterans of other Corvette forums, it should be easy to run your GP with the least amount of problems.

Cheers!
