Hi Joe,

I saw in your transmission swap write ups that you swapped a 700r4 corvette to a manual. What year corvette was that and did you have any problems mounting the clutch pedal bracket to the aluminum cross beam and the firewall? What year corvette clutch pedal did you use? Thanks.

My guess is you figured out you needed to add some of those clip-on nuts for the 6mm or whatever size it was screws ?

Glad the swap is going well.

Hi Joe,

No. The corvette junkyard that sent me the clutch and brake pedals sent me 90-96 clutch/brake assemblies. When I spoke to him thru email he knew that I needed 84-89. But his guys sent me the wrong assemblies. I couldn't believe it was the wrong parts. Its going pretty good if I can get the right parts to do the job.
