As usual, there was LOTS of cool stuff out there. The feature cars this year were GTP cars of the 80's and 90's. One of Dan Gurney's all conquering AAR Toyota's from 92-93: Zoom-Zoom: Neil Shelton gets a bit out of shape in his 962: Parker Johnstone's Acura Light: Small block Chevy powered Lola / Frissbee formerly driven by Al Unser Jr: McLaren: Spec-Racer: Former Jackie Stewart Cosworth V8 powered Tyrell: Greenwood wide body - big block powered (notice the offset engine): Another wide body: This 55 was surprisingly fast: This GTO category Corvette was also surprisingly fast - it was keeping up with the GTP cars! Chevron: BRE Datsun: I think the shot of a Formula Ford was my favorite shot of the day:

Even the prices on the C1,2,3s are nuts. A guy I know showed up with this, bought before the economy went to hell. People were saying that e got a deal at only $375k. There's a shop here, Intrepid Motorsports, that handles customer cars like this. Their fab shop is loaded with tooling because of "making more than buying". They are able to get things from England for this type of car, it's suprising that they can get anything.
