The passenger door lock actuator on my 87 is real tired. It works, sometimes. I was looking at getting a new one, and wow, those things are expensive. On ebay they were $89, but they're aren't any there right now. At Ecklers, it's $92, I think.

I can live with it as it is, but would kind of like to fix it. Any suggestions on a source? And why the heck are they $29 for an 84 and $90 for an 87?

Could it be just cleaned and lubed instead of replaced?

I did that. It's just tired. Not much kick when it's activated.

I think a good used one would be ok. My driver's side one is used!

It's not that I don't have the money, but why spend it on small stuff when I can save for something else?

Call Chris at 770-546-3504. He parts out C4s all the time and is a very honest guy.
