Back into the real estate game again. A higher offer that was made on a place we have an interest in fell through. Bank told the borrower no go. The realtor relisted with a new price. We're coming in again higher than before but lower than what they're asking. Let's see if the luck of the guru is still on a roll. I'd like this place although I would be really really close to all the nursery action

I can sense an impending pool party at Tommy's ;-)

For some reason, Brad, I could see myself enjoying a place like that. Snow? What snow?

That would be a great name for your new appliance repair company. You could have little sticker's that said "IBA...Bill was here." Then have a little cartoon of your schnaz hanging over the edge looking down.

Hell, if they get the granite in without breaking it, I'll be happy.

I am really looking forward to seeing the end results. After the floors and everything else you've done, it's like a new house! I'm coming to stay with you for a weekend.

Great idea. I'll manage the property. I need 52 gurus (that's how many weeks in a year) to buy their share to use the guest quarters. Say ..... $4000 a piece. Who wants to be first .......

DISCLAIMER: Any and all ahares have no redeemable value and are to be collected strickly to reduce the financial investments of Tommy T-Bone, his family and known associates. All share deposits are non refundable and offer little or no entitlement.
