Case, I guess that this is mostly directed to you (unless you want to discuss it with Emo-vet). I posted a brake booster question this morning (to which no "gurus" responed). Anyway, there was no way that I was going to buy another A1-Cardone brake booster. I spent 2X the money and order one from Ecklers ("AC-Delco"). It arrived today and says "made by PBR for Chevrolet. Made in Australia". My original was made in Australia and was good. This one appears to be a much higher quality than the Cardones. Do you know anything about this company. At least it doesn't say " assembled in China from parts made in Uraguay". On a side note, do you guys really have musk-flavored Life-Savers?

PBR is the OEM part provider to Corvette for 1984-1996 Corvette.

They also provide parts to Baer for their braking systems. Good stuff, all in all. I am sure that Casey can provide even more info than I can.

Hhmmm..... That's the first time I've ever seen the words Australian and craftsmanship together at the same time.

Yes mate, they are a very good booster. They are used in a fair few Australian cars too, exactly the same unit as used in the later model C4s. The earlier C4 boosters are made by Girlock, then Repco, and then later on, PBR. I can get every part for them to rebuild them, or rebuild a core here for you.

Forget the Cardone, they are a cheap knock-off.

Yes, we have musk flavoured life savers.

Thanks, everyone. I feel much better about spending more money for a higher quality product.
