Where can I get the twist knob for the fuse cover of a 96? and the small plastic pieces that fit into the arm rest, door pulls?

I know question was for 96.
But for people with 84-89 dash....there are 2 different knob and door designs for proper restoration.
The early knobs have round heads and a slot for a screw driver. These pair with doors without vent slots in a shiny finish.
Later C4 doors have a matt finish and are vented with knobs that have a flat projection you can grab and turn.
Not sure if even NCRS gives a darn about it..but I do ;-)
