The Dow was up yesterday 108 points and took the energy group with it.
Investors ran from low yeilding bonds and purchased stocks.

Gold gained 23.-- to close at 905.50 to purchase the metal hedge against inflation.

A 31 year old stock trader for a French bank, lost 7.2 billion...thats billion with a "b". He tried to hide it and now he is in hiding.

Congress and the white house reached a stimulus plan deal. 100 billion in tax rebates (1200. per working couple) and business would deduct 50% costs of certain investments.

The economy is now the top campaign issue for 2008 replacing the focus on Iraq and terrorism.

I hear I stand to make $2,100 on this deal, being married with three kids. I could certainly use the money, but it will do nothing to improve my rating of G DUB.
