Damn. It seem like March 2nd was just the other day. Sue has a spot at the local Asian Festival. What do we have to do with Asian heritage you ask? Fruit trees. The population loves fruits, spices, herbs. Many who attend the festival are not of Asian decent. Anyway, the festival is Hop Sing approved.

I would hope I am not disturbed today but as in the past I know I could get a call at any time. Could you do this? Could you do that? Can you bring me this? And throw in a few of that. This Hop Sing does NOT approve. I remember once Sue asked me to pick up a tree when I was going for a ride. Mission reluctantly accomplished. (Look at the passenger seat.)

Here are a few pics from back in the autocross days. That's back when the car got stripes that covered scrapes from an awning falling across the hood from the hurricanes of 2005. I bought the car in 03/2002 Hard to believe that I've had it 17 years. It was my first sporty car since I sold my 1979 Bandit T/A back in 1982 to assume the role of father and family man. A 20 year hiatus. Always wanted a Corvette since I was a kid. Still makes me feel like a kid.

CLOUDY AND COLD AGAIN/STILL AND THE COLDEST TEMPS OF THIS WINTER PREDICTED FOR THE NEXT TWO OR THREE DAYS, ALONG WITH RAIN, ICE, SLEET, AND SNOW. MARCH IS IN LIKE A LION THIS YEAR, FO' SHO' ALL ON ACCOUNT OF GLOBAL WARMING :-)

HAD A NICE FAMILY GATHERING IN TULSA LAST NIGHT, BOTH GIRLS & ALL THEIR KIDS. DOWN SIDE FOR ME WAS IT WAS A CROWDED RESTAURANT AND I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND MUCH OF WHAT WAS SAID.
#1 GRANDDAUGHTER WAS REAL HAPPY WITH THE TURQUOISE RING I GOT HER TO GO WITH HER SQUASH BLOSSOM NECKLACE.

THE "NATURE WORKS" ART SHOW AFTERWARD WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT.
SOME TICKY-TACKY JUNK THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE WE'VE BEEN GOING. DIDN'T SEE A SINGLE THING I REALLY LIKED IN THE WAY OF SCULPTURE, AND ONLY ONE GREAT PAINTING, ASIDE FROM THE BIRD PAINTINGS OF A MIDWEST CITY LADY WHICH ARE ALWAYS REALLY GOOD.

#7 GRANDSON, THE CHINESE IMPORT, IS MAKING GREAT STRIDES IN ENGLISH. HE SAYS "Y'ALL" NOW. HIS SCHOOL, CLOSE ENOUGH TO WALK TO, WITH LOTS OF ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE KIDS, IS BEING CLOSED IN PURSUIT OF EDUCRAT FANTASIES AND BEAN COUNTING. BABY DAUGHTER IS FURIOUS. WHERE HE WILL END UP IS UNKNOWN FOR NOW. IT WASN'T BROKE, SO THEY HAD TO FIX IT.

GUNSHOW IN TAHLEQUAH TODAY, I'LL GO SEE IF THEY HAVE ANYTHING I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT---

Hey guys...slept in this morning and have decided with the impending storm, we had better go over to the 'city' to do our grocery shopping this morning. So we are off.

Chilly start, but these temps (upper 20s) will look good tomorrow.

Back from shopping, and have a;ready been over and put a coat of mud on the tape and screw heads. Because of the weather, they moved the sub-state tourney finals (which our boys are in) up to 2pm, so watching that now. The temps early, were apparently the highs, as the temps have been dropping since. Feels like weather is moving in.

Good afternoon, all.

Home maintainance this morning, and than a long lunch with our goddaughter and her family.

Now back home, doing some technical work.

It is snowing here now.....really fine snow, but they are still saying 5-8" through tomorrow morning.

Our boys gave it a good go but lost in the sub-state finals 66-58. Was really closer than that as we had to foul late to get the ball back, and they made free throws.
