Doggo got a haircut yesterday so he's ready for Christmas. I also got a haircut the other day so I'm ready for Christmas, too

Sunny out but cool. Still no snow so no complaints. Speaking of snow the other day one of my neighbors was going to throw out an old snowblower because it wouldn't start. I took it home and rebuilt the carb and it's working great now. I'll take that to my mom's house since she doesn't have one. It's also electric start so she can get it going if I'm not able to make it out there.

LETTY, GLAD YOU AND YOURS ARE UNSCATHED. THE DAMAGE IS ALWAYS AMAZING TO THOSE WHO ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH TORNADOES. GROWING UP IN TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA THEY WERE A FACT OF LIFE. ONE OF MY EARLIEST MEMORIES IS OF MY DAD DRIVING HOME FROM DALLAS, THROWING EVERYBODY IN THE CAR AND TAKING OFF TO OUTRUN A TORNADO.

Is it not reading correctly or not at all? Sulfur builds up on the potentiometer on the sending unit and causes problems.

Hey guys....busy busy busy here. Electrician called me to go look at the church project, so I met him there and spent an hour with him. Then, my neighbor down the street, recent double leg amputee Because of diabetes, Ordered an aluminum ramp which I told him I'd put together and install for him. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow, so I spent a couple hours there prepping for that. Ran up to school to deliver a picture frame GS#3 made yesterday, for a picture he drew in art class, so he can present that to the class tomorrow. Then this afternoon went down to the storage shed project for another couple and finished the wiring...well almost, I need to finsh terminating the wires in the panel. Then he will have someone else go from panel to service pole. That was me day.

Ramp delivered 1pm by 1:30 I had it unpacked and started putting it together...5 1/2 hours later, in the dark, I finished it up. The gentleman was extremely appreciative and said he was, somehow, going to pay me back for my work. I told him he had just done it by thanking me, he didn't owe me anything. Rosie helped me some, my neighbor down the street, and GS all helped as they could.

Weather was just outstanding today, up to low 70s and light breezes, until about sundown, then the wind picked up some, but still warm. Tomorrow we are facing 60-75mph winds starting fairly early in the morning, 8-9 am and lasting into the early evening. They have cancelled school for tomorrow because they don't want buses out. Might affect my plans... Temps are supposed to be in the mid 70s, then in the 50s for Thursday and low 40s Friday and Saturday. Thus is the weather of SW Kansas
