Good Morning Gurus!

Another Monday...

How was the weekend?

I cleaned my basement, and laid down some music tracks with a buddy. Overall, pretty good, as far as weekends go.

I had a bunch of trash to dispose of, so I "borrowed" the office's dumpsters, so I'm here a little early today.

I managed to squeak out a little drive in the Vette. Not sure what it is about that car that makes triple digits obligatory. No tickets yet, but I cannot get away with this foolishness forever...

We went to a friend's Masters party yesterday, had a great time. Every year everybody throws in 10 bucks and picks their top-10 finishers, and the winner gets the dough and has to model a hideous green sportcoat. A good day with lots of excellent food and beverages - he hosted it at his new restaurant. I tried this - it was pretty tasty:

I made it back from the top of Big Bear to my driveway in under 2 hours, that was a blast. Real warm weekend, had to fire up the A/C.

Also de-equipped the smog on my vette and fixed a power steerirng leak.

Today I'll do the clutch cylinders. I'm gonna hook them up off the car and bleed the entire setup by hand before installing.

Dammit, I forgot to watch TV again!

Any birds of prey, racoons or opossums in the area? They take delight in a fresh Koi snack.

Saturday I drove the 83 911 to work. I got challenged by an older RX7. Today I drove the supercharged 91 Vert. A 350Z just had to mess with me. Every day the they keep doggin me. LOL. I'm keeping my cool though. Don't need any tickets for drag racing or driving to endanger so I'm keeping it pretty close to legal. Good thing too. A green and white was front row at the next light.

Lucky for me I have an assortment of specialized tools for the occasional "snacker". Birds of prey are not likely in this area, since they hang out at the lake about 4 miles from here. Now the coons and possums are a problem and have enhanced the neighborhood plant growth over the years. So I've been told.
