As continued from a thread "over there"...

Friends 347 going in a 68 Mustang, 3.73, TKO 5 spd..

Did the heads and intake on this one.

Dynoed today...

522 hp at 6600

463 lbs tq. @4900

Not bad for a 3.25" stroke motor with a dual plane intake and hydraulic roller. Trying to figure out how to get the vid off this camera and figure the edit program

Dyno operator was scratchig his head and asking repeatedly if anything had been done to the intake as it shouldnt support those kinds of numbers. Answer was nope lol
Same answer when asked about headwork. Had the intake tumbled to eliminate any trace of work being done. No photos of that...

First run wass a dissapointing 450 hp...8 runs later, a few jet changes and some timing got the final numbers. Numbers drop off over 6600 but just for giggles pulled it once to 7200 and it kept on going. (wouldnt recommend it with a hydraulic cam though.)Oughta hit 11s real easy.

This little motor sounds sick!
