Well, if all works out I will be getting a power commander for my bike. I hope to pay for it today. Now on ebay these will go for about 220 to 250. I will be paying 100. The guy had wrecked his bike so he is parting it out and I will reap the rewards. He did test it before he listed it for sale as the engine still works after the wreck. For those of you who dont know what a Power Commander is...its basically a MSD for a bike. Controls spark, fuel to air mixtures, a few other things. A must have if you mod up your bike which is what I plan to do this weekend. I will be removing the flapper valve and PAIR system. I wanted to do this last week but I could not as I needed some block off plates. I should have these tomorrow. After I do all of this I am going to turn in my spedo into a electronics shop to have the new LEDs put in. My wife is a tad ...uh disgruntaled about all of this but I told her after I do these MODs and get a service the bike should not need anything for awhile. Which is true, I dont plan on spending anything else on it cept gas/maintenance after all of this is done.
