I went from NC to outside DC yesterday; lowest was $1.69.

the folks on the news were saying the price will go up when they start makeing SUMMER fuel in a couple of months,,they start in FEB????? summer where??

WTF is summer fuel? Is it better than winter fuel, but not quite as fancy as labor day fuel?
