Bogus, I wasn't a member of the Guru at the time, and I haven't communicated with Andy since July. And to be honest, I didn't expect our car to be featured. I was actually surprised by it.

BTW, I have had the Corvette-Guru applique on my windshield at 3 track events, and several cruise nights. Mei handed a few out last weekend at the track rental...

Thanks for the kind words guys. It just goes to show, that if you work hard, live right, and bribe an editor, good things happen!!!

BTW, three of the pics were taken by my son, Reb: 1) the one at LACR with the timing light 2) my wife and I dropping the engine (notice the broom as a hood prop) 3) I'm fairly certain he also took the pic of me uunder the car.

I was only ragging on you. I figured with lead times that we were a post-story event.

I haven't read it yet, so I will comment more later!

Reb deserves a byline for that!

Bogus, actually, if I would have reviewed the article just before print, I would have put a plug in for you.

I also would have liked to thank the Northwest Houston Vette, Rod, and Gun Club for taking Mei and I under their wings at the cruise-in...

Reb is actually pretty decent with a camera. Most of the racing and car show pics on my homepage were shot by him... not bad for a ten tear old!

Hey, Reb is a nice boy. Seems very level headed. I am not the least bit surprised he took those pictures.
