my 93 has a squeak in the right hand upper part of the dash . sounds like it is near the windshield, around the glovebox area. any ideas what it might be. only does it when the car is cold which makes it kinda hard to find.

CSS! You must be feeling better! That's great!

Alcee! big coolness on the plasma! We went LCD (37" Visio) last Christmas... LOVE IT! I can't get over the picture quality of the HD signal.

CSS is right. It was that thread regarding "supporting the forum."

It was crap and everyone knew it.

JeffVette - a ZR1 expert was banned, so was CentralCoaster.

They are cracking down on dissention by kicking out their most knowledgeable and helpful members.

AFAIK, they get what they pay for.

Don't worry, this place is going nothing but up.

Well it's still Thursday so I will add my 2 cents. Tomorrow is Friday and it's my last day of work for two long weeks, I will be on vacation until the 7th of Jan 08 Time to complete some stuff on my honey dew list. I've already started by buying my wife a 42" plasma and a real nice TV stand to put it on, put it all together tonight, she's happy as a fag in an all boys school. now get this, her birthday is on the 22nd, that's also my sons bday. Dang, three days before christmas. I guess I got a busy week ahead of me. just sharing a little.

You must be sick. It's Thursday dude. Just got back from a morning cruise in the 90. Went to the Homestead Baseball Stadium and on past the Homestead-Miami Speedway. Took a couple of pics on the stadium grounds that I'll post later. Car ran great and felt good to be shifting the 6 speed again. I'm going out front to work out / detail the 83 that we just got back from the shop. It's pretty clean so it shouldn't be too much of a task. It needs a new coat of wax though to bring out that luster in the black.

'83 what?

What?

Why?

I've been posting in threads the past two days about their Audi ads, and not even a warning.

Spill it.

Well, I'm outta garage space, coz the wife gets one. But I plan to remedy this problem over the summer, if things go well. Hopefully a new house with a 3 car attached, and if I'm really blessed, perhaps a 4-6 car detached garage.

I started wanting one in '84 when I was 15. It sure took a long time for me to get one. Had it since July and I still get a little adrenaline rush every time the garage door goes up, and I see those four tail lights.

My guess is that it stems from his post in the "Support the Forum" thread over at CF. A lot of folks voiced their displeasure with CF in that thread.

I am on most forums as -=Jeff=- but this forum did not like that nickname so I stole my new Vette's plate as a user name here..

I have a white 89 with GS stripe, 1991 dash and a fun motor

I also have a 1990 ZR-1 which is my new project

It was such a nice day, I went for a cruise and took a few pics. In the middle pic the wheels look white but they are really silver/tan ribs and alloy Fuchs. The top shot is more like the real wheel color.

The recruitment center keeps bothering me trying to get me to join the armed forces. Dunno why. They were at my highsschool last year. Saw me and started talking and yea....Pick me of all peeps? Interesting. Im lazy, outta shape, reserved personality, and not much knowledge. Guess they figured to give me a gun, ship me to Iraq and just start shooting. Been feeling under the weather today though. My legs ache pretty bad. Might be a virus or summin....

wow... that's a good one... that shell is fragile as all get out.

I have seen them get lifted by straps and then supported by the bolts... but that's only on TV. I have also seen lifts do it...

Bruthish might have an idea or 2...

Thats just the metric set, there is also an imperial set just like it, and 2 sets of double open enders, metric and imperial.
