Good morning, gloomy, raining and cold here. I'd just soon stayed home, was at least warm, dry, comfy and sleeping. Gris I hope you don't have the flu but I always ended up sick when I got the shot too. It lowers your immunity just enough for about two weeks that you can catch whatever flies by you, sometimes the flu. After the shot, stay away from folks for a couple weeks. Also, the shots can give you symptoms enough to make you feel like you have it, even if they're not injecting you with it. I've had some sort of bug lately myself, not sure what. Since I'm at work, I hope I can get some approvals on some things, then I might just stay home and only work tomorrow afternoon then Friday morning. That will put me in town Friday so I can get my gym work done.

Yes, I used to do those on my own at night, I now have a pack of stuff I take in morning then evening, including magnesium. However, ADHD folks typically do have lower Gaba levels anyway so I may add that back to my night regimen along with my Lunesta. Also, I've been put back on HRT, but she keeps trying to cram progesterone down my throat and at this point, I need less of that and more estrogen. Signs are obvious, but she's relying on a test that's a year and a half old. When you're on the downhill slope of menopause, you need tested every six months, at least yearly. Of course insurance don't want to pay for testing a woman's hormones so she is healthier, but let a warped-minded man want to pretend to be a woman and they'll hand him female hormones willingly. Progesterone has sedative effects, plus with my lunesta, I should be sleeping. My Vyvanse wears off around 10-11. But for no apparent reason I've been wired at night, and if I sleep I'm barely asleep. I think she needs to retest or I'll go get a 50/50 blend and use myself to see if there's a difference. I might also need to pay more attention to electrolytes. I'm hydrating but I noticed this weekend that I had skipped my usual hydration packets and Monday night I felt awful. Mixed up some Relyte I use for gym and was better in 15 minutes.

Letty. Sleep aid?

I cant do it because of the tramadol. No booze, no weed permitted. Doc would take me off the tramadol if he found THC in my system. No matter. I fall asleep in my easy chair. That way I know it's time for bed.

I was with Sue in the hospital for the past two days. She had chest pain, arm pain and a stabbing back pain so we headed to the E.R.. They ran a barrage of tests and next week the will run a catheter to take a look with a camera. She goes to a pulmonary surgeon for consultation on next Wednesday. I was catching up pretty well before losing two days to the hospital. Oh well, it's all about priorities. Neither one of us likes hospital stays. I told Sue as we age there is a greater possibility we will end up there from time to time. DNBFS.

There are drug interaction issues between Tramodol and tch usage, in relation to serotonin. Tramodol is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor and MJ adds to the effect. That can cause excess in the body and lead to siezures. I get it from a medical standpoint but I don't think CBD affects you the same way, but you may have issues with nervous system and respiratory system from oversedation. However, we must have quality sleep to thrive so we have to figure out something. I already take Lunesta but sometimes I can add a benadryl for an increase. I'm on the lowest Lunesta dose so if I need to take two I will if I have any to spare.
