Letty, Marcus got the car with a non functioning supercharger. He tore it out and restored it to a more stock configuration.

Goo mornin gurus. Absolutely beautiful morning here in the deep deep south. I thanked God for such a beautiful day. Summers in Florida are the devil's work. Hot as blazes. Working on pressure washing the teak outdoor furniture. Because of lychen growing on them I have to blast them every year. I don't oil them because it never lasts. Annual clean up continues. It's an arduous task. Can't get anything done playing on the computer. Adious.

yes I did and what a mess it was... but baby is just waiting for the old gas to go and a tune which is set for Dec 16... I know the tuner is that far out on work...plus some vacation time I guess.... that will cost me a Grand by the time it is done. So it will be on the road just in time for the first blizzard.....

got a nice day going here.... cannot complain... keep looking up Guru's

Good morning yall, what's left of it. Ended up rearranging bedroom last night, not done but started at 2, at 11 still needed to do stuff. I'm sore and only slept a bit over 4 hours. Dentist this morning, then an hour later follow up with doc, came in to work having wasp nests thrown at me and putting out fires. Got blamed for storefront here being off measurement when it wasn't, he just printed it wrong, then a car has to be done by yesterday when I've not even got all her stuff yet, then a school we did windows for needs two of hers changed , for an issue that's her fault then that got blamed on me, just ready to go back home. The appropriate folks have been told off and maybe now I can work and be left alone.
I missed the part about a supercharger not working, sorry. Can it not be fixed or just prefer the more stock options? I'd love a supercharger. After having one in the Rover I want one on everything including my leaf blower

VB it was a very old designed kit from Vortech made in the early 2000's. Used a liquid intercooler and everything was on the opposite side from where the newer kits are located now. So the Alt was on the passenger side.... a belt had shredded the teeth and my cousin went into fix it years ago and could not get the bracket loose to get the belt out. It required taking off about everything on the front of the motor to get to the bolt that held it on.... so it sat of 7 years until he passed and gifted it to me.

I took it all off and went back stock.... except for the exhaust.... long tube SS headers and 3" all the way to the back with muffler delete..... yeah....

sounds like a huge headache. All it takes is one stuck bolt or bracket to make a 15 minute job turn into a 3 day one
