Got a payment notice from our medical insurer on Sue's E.R. visit. For a 36 hour stay just the hospital bill came to over $115,000. Reduced to 68k by insurance then all we had to deal with was a modest copay. I like the fact that I pay zero on my medical because of medicare AND health insurance. Sue will join me in zero copays come September. How can anybody in their right mind not have health insurance.? They would have got stuck with the 115k plus. Ignore the payments and look forward to collection agencies and destroyed credit. Unfortunately it took a long time for the insurer to pay because they wanted to confirm Sue had no other insurance. Dealing with health bills for over 45 years has been a real PITA.

Craigslist responses on the vettes have been a joke so far. All spammers and scammers.

Weather has sucked of late. Windy, cloudy, scattered showers. Supposed to get better tomorrow for a nice weekend.

I gave up on Craiglist a long time ago. I did find when you spell out some of your phone number it seems to keep some of the scammers at bay. Health costs are no joke here, I'd like to move to the UK or somewhere stuff isn't done for the benefit of "big pharma" profits. You can literally go to Mexico and get the same procedures and meds for less than half of what it is here. Other countries also ban poisons that are in our food that keep big pharma in business too, unlike here. Oh well, dreams, right?
Hoping to get this pontoon finalized today so I can just tune up and get in print que Tuesday. Today would be better but for someone in a rush, he sure is slow getting back to me, he's wasted 3 days with that mess.
Can't wait till tomorrow, I'm off and I plan to sleep. Then I'll get up and pull up some plants that my plant group folks want that I don't, hand those out and sit on my hind end. I have a chore list but I plan to ignore it, we'll see. I've not slept much this week, and I'm wore out. Overdid it in yard Monday, been busy as all get out at work, then boxing last night. My first spar sort of. It was coach's birthday so we all got a 2 minute round in there. I've never been so tired in all my life.
