I recently acquired a 94 that appears to be all original. It has bilstein shocks and I am assuming they are original equipment. Am I wrong? Would the previous owner have added them? I haven't checked the option codes but I think it's got the base FE1 set up. The cars only got 33000 miles on it but the one thing I don't like is that I can feel every little crack in the road real bad. Would they need rebuilding already? I know these cars are stiff but I'm hoping to improve the rattle rattle shudder on every tiny bump. Big dips and rises in the road are handled well.

Congrates on the low mile '94. Like Steve said, yes those were stock. I put KYB shocks on mine and it helps some, but these cars are a rough ride and you really do feel everything. The rattles and shakes come with the territory!

with any low mile car, be sure there are no oil leaks and that the brakes are up to snuff.

Otherwise, congrats! Sounds like a nice ride.

What other options?
