2014 Memorial Day Car Show Winner!

Well guys, I have been MIA the last few days as my wife and I made a trip to Effingham, Ill, home of Mid America Motorworks. The trip included an extra "lightening of the wallet" that I was not planning....new seat covers for the Vette.
Just so happens that they were on the clearance rack, returned because they had the wrong color of stitching. I picked them up for....well lets just say I got them very reasonably. Had them installed and I simply love them. What do you think? Thanks Brad, a deal doesn't even come close to describing what I paid for them....it was actually closer to stealing them. I figure about 1/4 of the original asking price. MAM rocks. They get my vote.

Those look great, TeeBee............you were obviously very lucky to run into a deal on the colors you wanted!
Lookin' good!  I recently re-covered mine in a similar pattern, but with pewter/black colors. A guy down in Douglasville, GA (Corvette Originals) made the skins for me. I'll post some pics when I get a chance to take them! By the way......how did the deal with Paul go? Did you get to videotape it? |

I did, and after I get home I'll try to get it into manageable sections to put up on either you tube or more likely Vettetube. See the other post.

 Don't know why the original customer wouldn't want them - the red stitching looks really nice. |
