biggrizzly MacGyver way to turn the flywheel without a special tool or removing spark plugs?

Its in the subject. I don't feel like removing plugs to turn my flywheel and I need to get to the other converter bolts. Battery is not connected, so I can't bump start.. I guess I could climb on top and turn it from the crank, but then I can't see what I'm doing down there. I'd like to turn it from the bottom.

Never mind... got 'em. I just had to keep jumping up from under the car to turn the crank from the snout. I was afraid I'd get dizzy again but allis well. BTW. A flywheel turner tool was $100 at Advance Auto. Sick!

Wow! I paid $7 at Harbor freight. For years I used a large screwdriver with a bent tip.

I live in LA, dude... things can get expensive here.

I suspect, tho, where you are, it has to do with the local supply costs.
