Napa or any parts store sells the kit to do this. If you have an L98 you just need a couple of big open-end wrenches.

Andy - Autozone have them. For LT engines it's basically a plastic sleeve you slip over the fuel rail lines and pull back into the flexible lines - it is so easy you'll wonder why they put it on a Vette! (literally 10 seconds to disconnect each line).

Unless you plan to do fuel lines on other cars in the near future, just get the single 3/8". Should be about $3 at the same stores. It's part number xx420. I can't remember the first part but 420 made me laught so I remember that much...
