Hi,
as the thread of the vacuum-pipe of my fuel pressure regulator was damaged because of thin wall thickness, I decided to make a new one with much more material at the thread: |

Did you machine the hat yourself? Any details?
As Andy said, does it clear the plenum as there is very little room under there. |

Should clear the TPI-plenum as I know some guys using this fpr without any problems. I fab all I can myself. Here is a downloadlink with the 3D-CAD iges-file and a drawing (all dimensions metric): http://www.vette91.de/stuff/fpr-tpi_eike.zip
