first vette 89 c4 bought on a lark at auction and thought
it would be a fixer upper retirement project. I can't find
anything in this car, horn relay ecm, alarm controls etc
is there a chart somewhere showing where the various
boards and relays and controls boxes for the various components in this car are located?

Also i can't come up with an easy to understand wiring
diagram, Is there a way to bypass the alarm sys? The
horns blow whenever they want to, came on in the middle of the night out in my garage. removed fuse from alarm sys
to stop this.

Yea, if this is a "project" you really need a FSM. They come up fairly often used on different places, but here is a new one.

Off the top if my head the horn relay is behind the middle of the dashboard information cluster. The ecm is located under the passenger side dashboard mounted vertically in a plastic bracket. The fuse panel is on the passenger side dash when you open the door.

I can look for diagrams later for a specific item, but a fsm is a necessity.
