need some help.
the bank my wife works for just got a tripple black 05 convertible with every option. it has 11,000 miles and the only thing hairy on the car is the sneakers. The fronts are may pops. back 40%.. this car is a repo from a lawyer that just got dis barred.. (poor guy haha)any way, there is no window sticker showing options but i can see most of them including HUD.nav, on star, automatic, how do i tell if it is a z51 suspention by looking at it.. i am offering them 30,000.. they wan't 39 so i figure i can get it for 34.. |

If it has "every" option, then it would have Z51, no?

A C6 with Z51 should have drilled rotors.
I am not sure where the RPO sticker is on the C6. I would start with the center console, maybe the trunk lid. |

RPO codes are in the glove box (on dash, not center console). Z51 would have cross drilled rotors in 05. But, it is possible, if it has them, that the guy added cross drilled rotors. If I were you, I'd ask to see the RPO sticker. If they want $39k for it, tell them they are on drugs! I picked up my 08 with 11k miles (fully loaded with Z51 suspension, 3LT option package, etc) for $44.5k out the door!

Sorry for my slow response on the info, I haven't checked my pm's in a while...
That car has never had any warranty work at all. It has the 1SB package with memory, power top, nav. heads up, and xm bose. I has the base suspension with the preformance rear axle (3.15 gears)...hope that helps.. |
