I think mine are dry inside. They hold it up but I have to push the glass up when I pop the hatch. The metal pole feels dry. Should I lubricate it up?

They are available at many parts shops... NAPA, Pepboys... common replacement part.

Mine are a little weak on lift off, but hold up ok.

just wait till the charge gives out, and hits you on the back of the head...LOL... been there, done that... and it gets really fun holding the window up, and putting the top in the back

80 dollars from madvette. Cheaper at Napa? or not as good.....???
