Found another Vette, probably gonna get it.

Good deal on an 87 auto. Real Good. I mean screaming deal.

This is gonna make me homeless, I swear to God.

Would make a good driver to commute to work in, $230/wk gas in the truck aint cuttin it.

Your El Camino just needed a little work too.

If you want a good driver to commute to work in, don't buy a 20 year old plastic chevy hatchback. If it was such a good deal, that guy would be keeping it.

So are you gonna park it next to the Z that's still for sale and the el that's almost finished? What about the C3 that was a great deal? Don't pop a woody for every car you see...lol.

Nix on the C3..Im a sucker for the body but I dont thik the rest of the car was quite as nice as it appeared once I talked to him. If everything had been gone throuhg in recent yrs I may have bit but C3s are no different than C4s when they age and in a few cases they are worse.

Im looking at this one as kind of a cheap beater Vette I wouldnt have to worry about door dongs etc with. Gets goodmileage...cheap transpo, thats it. If its titally hammered (ill know what to look for) Ill pass.

Nothing I have gets good mileage. Truck is crap, van is less than 8...El if it was running even with OD would be bad as the motor is too radical, wouldnt let it outta my sight anyway. Z is good but driving it in bumper to bumper...Only takes one person to smack the rear of it and its totalled (part of owning that thing I hate). With an L98 car if I ran it into a wall I could care less, theres a zillion out there.

Days like this I wish I still had the 89, it was a perfect knockaround/driver car.

In that case have I got a trade for you - I happen to know a guy with an 89 who would be interested in that tired, beat on, ragged Z sitting in your driveway - then you wouldn't have to worry about it getting rear ended in traffic
