well i followed all the steps and took apart my lcd display panel i found some bad solder joint and re soldered them i cleaned the circuit boards and reinstalled to my car nothing happed i give up trying to fix it i guess ill just save a little and buy one!

I had previously mentioned that I had a few tucked away in the attic so that you can give it a try and see if the LCD panel is really your issue.
