There is no proof he returned it, well, at least none was offered. I don't see how anyone can come to such a conclusion. I really don't understand the thinking over there.

It is serving a main purpose, which is to protect consumers from fraud. There is apparently a predisposition on behalf of the CF mods to believe the seller and not the buyer; facinating. Whatever the case may be, I think the only news we are waiting on is whether Jim will come through with the refund or not. Until Dan gets that, I am going to lock this thread. Jeff - it was me who removed the mods name. There is no reason to drag this down any further. However, I know the mod you are referring to. To the best of my knowledge, he is a CIVILIAN employee, not a sworn officer.
