Good Morning CGs!

Well got some good sleep last night, baby was at grandma's house. Wife is recovering, seems to be at about 80% so glad for that. Baby was already doing much better last night.

Tonight wife wants to rent a carpet cleaner so you know what I'll be doing later. Getting the house in shape for this week when family comes to stay. Other than that, just try to enjoy a couple days off.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Watching your wife clean the carpet? Plenty to do after a few days away. Sis and BIL coming in for the weekend. Thanksgiving is not one of my favorite holidays. Maybe it would be better if it were just coffee and donuts and not turkey and all the fixins. Hour, hour and a half, everybody would be up and saying, great seeing you again, wish we could do this more often. See ya .....

Well, Tommy, if you stuff your turkey with, say, earthworms, nobody will stick around very long.

Glad your wife is better.
I ordered catered dinner for our holiday this year. We are all working and don't really want to mess with cooking. under $100 to feed 12 including desserts ham and turkey. Works for me.
Hope everyone had a good day

Language warning ....

Luckily, Thanksgiving is never at my house. For that I give thanks. I still have to stay through the obligatory feast from pre-feast banter to post-feast coffee. Then the stomach rub with I think I ate to much and a graceful exit. On the way home I get to discuss with my wife how full of shit everybody was and what assholes they are. Another perfect Thanksgiving ......
