It seems the local sherrifs deputies will cite you for some form of DUI or open container violation on the idea if it's not in a bag, then you're ready to drink it. It's not a driving law, but... Here in the Dayton, Ohio area is a small town called Yellow Springs. They have a village ordinance against nuclear war.
