Kinda sketchy details on this. He should just be happy he wasn't on an Israeli bus. They would have just shot him first and sorted it out later. They don't take bomb scares and terrorism lightly.

A suspicious guy gets a bomb scare started, and now 2 other guys get arrested... What for? Sounds to me like they just wanted to ride the bus and not listen to the cops for some reason. And they were held on the bus for 2 hours, the bus was parked for 9.

It says giving a fake name, but unless they have a legitimate reason to be asking, you can tell the cops you are Santa Claus. And the other guy for refusing to follow orders... Hmm.

The stupid news article title implies they were arrested for the bomb scare. Nice work sensationalism.

"As the passengers left the bus, they were met by SWAT officers, who cuffed them as a precaution and interviewed them."

Oh.. so I see why the passengers were pissed now!

The police tazered John Smolens, 68, for refusal to follow SWAT orders when he exited the bus and then struggling with an officer.

They f****** tazered a 68 yr old man!

The other guy, Segar, 29, has a record for drug possession and said he was nervous and lied. He was ordered held on $7,500 cash bail. Wow.
