Finally managed to get some more track time with my 91. I was pretty nervous about the rear end (I've broken a ton of stuff back there, and it's made me gun shy) and my tenativeness showed in my 2.2 - 2.3 sixty foot times. Best of the night was a 12.2 @ 119. I made 4 or 5 passes, all 12.2 or 12.3 at 118 or 119.

I was at Capitol Raceway in Crofton, MD last Friday night. I dunno what the DA was, but it was pretty hot. I was pretty happy with the 119 MPH considering the heat and extreme noobness of the driver.

The stock tach in my car only goes to 6K so I went ahead and shifted at 6000 for all but the last pass. I didn't data log, so I dunno exactly what RPM the shifts were taking place.

I ran it out a little more in each gear for the last pass (probably 1/4 inch past 6K on the tach) and the car went from bottom 119 (119.10 - 119.15) to 119.96. I think it would have gone 120 pretty easily if I had revved it a bit higher, but I was nervous without the data logger or an accurate tach.

Hopefully, I'll get to go again tomorrow. If I can get the 60 down to what I was doing previously (1.7 - ish) the car should turn a better ET. I'll report back what happens.

315 nittos. No wheel spin issues, happy with the tire so far.

Great times for those 60' numbers. On or off the juice?? What RPM do you normally launch?

Thanks for the compliments but that's a pretty poor run.

It was raining last night so I didn't go to Capitol. I might hit Cecil today or MIR tomorrow depending on how things shake out over the weekend.
