Better shocks(see new Bilsteins, or get yours rebuilt), check all rear bushings.

What Steve said. If you have the original shocks on there they are way past their life expectancy.

This is your post on another site. Guess it would have helped to have this info here. -
"HELLO TO ALL , when my 85 c4 4+3 trans, 5.7 and 3.08 gears was all stock it would roast the tires, Now the new, 383 stroker, zf 6 speed and 373 gears, it has vilent wheel hop, what can i do to solve this?"

Add better tires to the list as well as more practice in how to launch it correctly. What kind of power are you putting to the ground?

I was under the impression that an independent rear end was not the best choice for hard launch situations and a solid axle was better. So large tire with a taller aspect ratio would help on the launch. But hop will still be an issue since traction bars can not be added to help plant the power to the ground. Shocks will help control the rebound of the springs but probably won't help wheel hop. Just my opinion.

As I noted in his post on SV
As I also noted I have no wheel hop with 420RWHP ( on stock '87 shocks) because I have traction
