A very popular auction site is giving me error notices on some auctions. Not all, but many. here's the notice I keep getting,
ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved Is the something wrong with my computer, or is that site having troubles? |

hard to say... and yes, you can say eBay here without worries.
But it could be as simple as your Internet provider having issues. |

Usually if I get a message like that I'll hit refresh and see if it comes up. Generally related to the ISP. I was on ebay last night with no problems.

Two common problems will cause for that message.
Your connection to the internet is broken. Or the request for information has timed out. Have you checked your connection? Try resetting all the connections between the wall and your PC. Also try connecting other sites when the problem occurs at ebay. I too have found ebay to be unstable in the late evenings. |

You can even say "Amazon" and "Sears" here. Oh, you can even say "Digital Corvettes" without getting into trouble. |

thanks for the help guys. Other sites look okay, and some of the ebay sites are okay as well, just a certain few.
