I was going to convert my 4+3 to this, YES everything is here to convert, except a thow out bearing (release bearing)
I am even including the correct speedo gear for the 4+3 factory gear ratio 3.07, however the zf6 factory original car gear ratio (3.45) is in the tranny currently.

Believe me, it is killing me to sell this, but I need the money.

USPS won't touch it. A single box over 70lbs is their limit.

UPS calculator is a bitch to get to ground with. It only displays the fast re:expensive options. I hate that.

FedEx is about $180.00, using Slinger, WI to my location, San Pedro CA.

It might be cheaper if you have access to an account with higher volume of usage.

oh, yes. Good point. Greyhound will do packages... all sorts of off sized ones. But the weight limit is 100lbs per package.

Also, if both parties are near a major airport, direct air cargo is rather cheap.

Slinger is close to Milwaukee...

I checked United air freight services... Milwaukee is in Zone 2. Zone 3 is CA and NV and such, Zone 1 are the original 13 colonies, for the most part. Their charts are screwy, to say the least, but it looks like this:

** $45 minimum charge.
** $.47, within Zone 2; $.56 per pound, to Zone 1; $.54, to Zone 3.

If I am understanding this right, at 140lbs, it would be about: To Zone 1, $79.80; to Zone 2, $65.80; to Zone 3, $75.60.

That's a huge discount. Again, it would require someone travel to the nearest major airport that United serves.

This is my source data:

http://www.unitedcargo.com/ShowFiles? ... tes_Tariff-Eff11JUL11.pdf

I don't know if I interpreted it correctly, but it feels right. I would suggest calling them first.

Did you check United Air Freight? I am not kidding. It could be less than $100.00, and if he is in Anchorage, he is near a major airport served by United.

Ok... I see the issue... it's a TSA requirement. They can't take from unapproved shippers.
