Just finished watching it. I need to head to work, damnit.

However, the Z06 looks nice. Wider rear flares are the most obvious changes.

The rest of the tech will come out in due course.

The special had them trailering in the Z06 from the Tech Center in Warren, MI to the COBO center, followed by 50 new Stingrays.

It was towed in by a new Silverado.

New C7R looks TOUGH.

BTW the targa is removable, and you can get an auto

Performance is suppose to be better than the ZR1 to boot.

In short everything the C6 ZO6, Grand Sport & ZR1 did and better.

not yet, but I am guessing about $90k... it isn't the top, so it can't break $100k... that's for the ZR1.

I was floored that they have an automatic that will take that power output! The new 8spd auto. Impressive.

(just got back from CES 2014, where I got to see the new Corvette performance data recorder)

There is no plan to build a C7 ZR1 - I'm willing to bet a little under $100k for the "base" Z06, but well north of that for the price most folks will end up paying. This, of course, leaves a lot of room for a Grand Sport or other model between the Stingray and the Z06 ...
