CentralCoaster | What to use for weatherstripping lube? To prevent sticking? | ||

My weatherstrip sticks to my tint, sticks to the roof, it's just sticky. Until it rains anyways. I pulled a big chunk off this morning when removing the roof for the first time in awhile. A big motivating chunk. It needs replacing anyways. Sad as it's GM and only about 5 years old but was never treated with anything and I slapped the roof on and it bonded to it.
What should I be putting on new stuff to prevent sticking, and to preserve it? And hopefully not be greasy/messy. I was thinking sunscreen, or aero 303 or something for the UV. |

Sil-glyde, silicon spray, what Brad recommended, etc. I don't think it matters what it is as long as you use it.
