So I finally broke my 32 yr old plastic pedal mount. Tried in vain to do a field repair and wasted a beautiful track day in the process, then drove home 2 hours with a piece of spaghetti under my foot.

Lo and behold the guru led me to this page: http://www.uniquecutting.com/products/

Crossing my fingers that he still has or makes them. I've had mine apart before, years ago for the last time someone tried to make one, but this guy has a design specific to the early cars.

This is the original thread I did when I beta tested the pedal from Bill at Unique Cutting. Very high quality piece and impressive craftsmanship. I hope he is still making them.

Yup, he had it in stock and I have it now. Finally a 1985 mount with proper dimensions.

As expected, same old slop due to wear on the pedal arm holes... The wear on mine while using a clevis pin over the past 5-6 years has oblonged them, with probably less than 10K miles on it.

But it'll do until I get around to upgrading the design. It has about 3/4" of slop side to side at the bottom of the pedal.
