Another hot day in the making. But we are not in the heat advisory area, at least. Mid 90s today and the humidity has eased some.

OH WHAT A MISERABLE MORNING, IT WILL BE A MISERABLE DAY--- 78 DEGREES, 77% HUMIDITY, WHAT A WAY TO START THE DAY. DID SOME OF THE WEED-EATING YESTERDAY EVENING FOR AS LONG AS MY BACK HELD OUT. LINE FEED SEEMS TO BE JAMMED NOW, ALWAYS SOME DAMNED THING. LOCAL SWEET CORN FESTIVAL THIS WEEKEND, NOT SURE IF IT COINCIDES WITH THE OLD CREEK GREEN CORN HOLIDAY OR NOT. KEEP COOL, GURUS. |

Wow a festival for Corn..... I could get into that.....hot here too and I have the lower 40 to mow today...... I think line feed weed whackers are a tool of the devil......sonsabitches......they work great the first spool that you get when you buy the thing and then its down hill after that...... hate em........I have been reduced to cutting off foot long pieces of line and sticking them in the holes where the line comes out and when they wear out I put in new ones........ I finally figured it out how to make it work though.....we have a nice young man who comes over and takes care of all that for me...... no muss no fuss....
