AUTO ROTATION DAY, HARVEY UP. PLAN ON A RUN TO MUSKOGEE FOR BIRDSEED AND TO LOOK FOR A B-DAY GIFT FOR #3 GRANDDAUGHTER.

GETTING TO MUSKOGEE IS A PIA WITH BRIDGE REBUILDING OVER THE ARKANSAS RIVER AND WILL BE THAT WAY FOR A WHILE.

...will do Gris....bump stock fire..... back at it on this sunny Monday... got the insurance folks from SF coming this morning...and my contractor again.... so SF cancelled us and is giving us the run around and did you know other insurance companies won't pick you up if there is work yet to be done on the house..... I didn't either...so we have had several companies tell us no but we need new insurance because we got cancelled but the old company won't pay up..... is that a Catch 22? I'm thinking it is...

go kick some ass this week guru's.....

Good morning, at least the sun is out.
My day off, tried to sleep in but the city mulch truck was right behind my bedroom. Ugh. I needed the sleep. Both of us have been worn down for some reason and very tired lately. We feel fine just behind on sleep I guess. I didn't get anything accomplished Friday except be the next town over at a freind's new shop. I consign vintage mid century modern glassware to her and she's moving so helped her a bit. Saturday was rainy and we didn't do crap except go hit a flea market locally. Yesterday, same thing. Today, I need to go pickup a deer that's been processed and do a couple other things. Probably wont happen. I still don't have all the Christmas junk down. Just been in a funk I guess.
I think I"ll load the cooler in the Rover, go get the deer and take my hammock and string it up at the little lake that's nearby for the afternoon and ponder my existence while sitting in the sun. Sounds like a plan.

Sounds like a major league there Marcus. Press, press, press. Hire the necessary club carrier if needed. Don't smoke in bed in the meantime.

Sue had her bandages changed today and her ankle is blown up but the other two incisions look good. She is not walking on the foot till she feels confident it won't blow out like the other side of her foot did in the last two foot surgeries. Took months to heal. She's back in the ofice today. She has to take it easy though. Me? I'm trying to book a two week Alaska cruise in April of 2024. First cruise of the seaon and an extended itinery they don't normally do in the regular season. Though two weeks around a casino can financially dangerous. Carnival is giving us each $1000 in freeplay, so that's enough to get us started. And the two balcony rooms are comped, free drinks anywhere on the ship, and the down payment of $200 is given back to us for onboard spending. Sounds like a good deal to me. All we would pay is the port charges and taxes plus the gratuities. Good thing we love cruising (and gambling).

rain... more wonderful rain...

The drought is slowly fading away... thank goodness. Not without a price, tho. Flooding, trees down, things like that. So far, mud slides are happening, but not damaging things.

The reservoir's are slowly filling up... and they are measuring snow in the Sierra's in YARDS!
