Morning guys... Cool again to start, but promises to get HOT by this afternoon. Rosie and I are dog-sitting #2s 4 dogs while she and hubby are in Oklahoma for "Rocklahoma". We took the dogs on a mile and a half walk this morning. Rosie just left for the 'city' to sit with GGD. I'm headed to the shop to work on a couple projects. At noon, I'll go back and walk the dogs again.
Leo has his first collegiate cross country meet today. Wish we could go and watch, but with the dog sitting and the meet 4 hours away, it just can't happen. Emjoy the family, Gris. Too bad for the Husker FB team, Marc. Really nice writeup Tommy, almost sounds as though YOU wrote it.   Letty, the summer did fly by, but I have a feeling that you'll still have some pool time left this fall. |

No kidding Teeb.... the more things change the more they stay the same.... like watching a train wreck...could not take my eyes off of it.... hell we are a volleyball school anyway right? biggest crowd ever in Memorial Stadium was to watch a women's Volleyball game.... only in Nebraska.... 92,003...in attendance on the 30th.... first time they served beer at memorial stadium also.... lines were long I heard....
gotta mow the acres..... more later..... have some labor this weekend Guru's |

Good afternoon, That was one heck of a write up Tommy! I wish I was closer so I could bring my plant friends and come buy a bunch. I always come home with plants when we go to the beach.
I came to work today for some extra cash and right before I was leaving Josh texted me that I might want to stay home unless I want to smell a dead rabbit all day. A rather huge one got in the back room and died and they just found him this morning. Pretty well cleared out now tho. Need some grocreies when I leave here, figured it'll be crowded. I just figured out yesterday it was a holiday weekend. The grocery store across the street sells whole filets for like $9/lb so I have two waiting on me. I'll process them this weekend and get them in the freezer. |
